A: Yes, myPCA.net is available to all families of students of Prestonwood Christian Academy.

Q: If I sign up for myPCA.net today, how quickly will my family be able to access myPCA.net?

A: As long as you have an active Internet connection in your home, accessing myPCA.net is easy and should take no more than a few days to activate. After signing up for myPCA.net, you will be sent a user name and password from myPCA.net.

Q: What happens to our myPCA.net subscription when our child graduates or moves to another school?

A: myPCA.net is available only to families who currently have children enrolled in Prestonwood Christian Academy. As a student graduates or leaves PCA, and if no other children in the family are attending PCA, then the family's myPCA.net account will be discontinued.

Q: Will my children be able to access all of their school software via myPCA.net?

A: No, not all of our instructional software is compatible with our remote access servers.

Q: Will I be able to view my child's grades on myPCA.net?

A: Viewing your children's grades are one of the available resources on myPCA.net.

Q: Am I required to have high-speed Internet access to subscribe to myPCA.net?

A : No, but a high-speed Internet connection will improve your experience with myPCA.net.

Q: If we have problems with our myPCA.net account, who do we contact for technical help?

A : Determining the type of problem should be your first priority. Many of the problems you will experience are not directly related to myPCA.net, but instead are related to your Internet browser or Internet connection. For slow connections, drops in connection, or other browser related issues, please contact your Internet Service Provider or browser manufacturer for more information.
