SINGLE PARENTS
Single parents have this special section devoted to their special needs and will provide opportunities which will include information about upcoming meetings.
The Mission
The mission of the PCA Single Parent Committee is to provide an organized framework to address the specific needs of our single parent families by providing resources and encouragement related to these needs, while fostering a sense of community and fellowship and developing a network of communication to facilitate active participation in Kingdom Education at PCA.

EVENTS & MINISTRY
Clothes Closet Ministry
“And the King will answer and say to them, ’Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one
of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’ ”
—Matthew 25:40
The Clothes Closet was created for families who may find themselves in temporary need of assistance. Gently used PCA uniform clothing items are donated throughout the year and given to families to help offset the cost of school uniforms. A PCA staff member or volunteer will assist you in selecting what you need. The Clothes Closet is located on the second floor in the US building down the hall from the theatre and choir rooms.
In addition, please remember the PTF Year-End Uniform Sale at the end of May as an additional resource for assistance. Should you need assistance or have any questions regarding the PCA Clothes Closet, please contact Claire Threatt, MS Counselor, at cthreatt@prestonwoodchristian.org. Any family wishing to donate gently-used PCA clothing uniforms to the Clothes Closet are welcome to leave the items in a white plastic trash bag marked “PCA CC” a the Lower School Receptionist’s desk. God bless you for your donation!

The PCA Parent Resource List is segmented into categories that follow the Five Areas for Spiritual Growth: Passion & Devotion, Spiritual Disciplines, Biblical Literacy, Cultural Apologetics, and Parenting & Family.
