Who to Contact


The PTF is led by an Executive Committee and a Board of Directors. The Board is made up of councils including Grade Level Coordinators and Room Moms, Connectors, Service, Faculty and Family Enrichment, and Fundraising. Each council is led by a Vice President who serves on the Executive Committee. All council members serve on the Board of Directors. The PTF also has an Advisory Board made up of PCA faculty members and past PTF Presidents.

2013-14 EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The PTF Executive Committee oversees all PTF activities and events. The Executive Committee also interprets and enforces the PTF bylaws. Members of the Executive Committee are listed below:

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The PTF Executive Committee members oversee the activities of the Board of Directors. Members of the Board of Directors include volunteer areas of the following:

  • Faculty and Family Enrichment
  • Fundraising
  • Service

ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Members of the Advisory Committee serve in an advisory capacity to the PTF Executive Committee and Board of Directors. All past PTF Presidents must sit on the Advisory Committee for a minimum of one year prior to serving in another position on the Board of Directors. The faculty liaison is the Development Office Director of Annual Giving, Special Events and Volunteer Organizations, Rhesa Brewster. The faculty representatives are the principals for Lower, Middle and Upper School.
