Five days of private, specialized instruction in cheers, chants, jump class, and dance instruction with a former NCA instructor and former all-star national champion. This one week camp is a great choice for cheerleaders who want to have fun while improving their skills in a smaller, more intimate environment.

| LADY LIONS BASKETBALL CAMP |
Instructor: Steve Murray, PCA Girls Head Baskeball Coach
Location: PCA Upper School Field House |
The PCA Lady Lions Basketball Camp will be directed by Steve Murray, head coach of the PCA Lady Lions Varsity Basketball team. This camp will focus on teaching the proper fundamentals of shooting, passing and ball handling. Drills will be introduced to help each player improve and advance in their chosen position. Other coaches and students will assist. Fee includes a camp T-shirt and a basketball.

Come be part of the legacy with Lady Lions Volleyball. The three-time TAPPS state champions will hold a volleyball camp for all ages. Any athlete from incoming grades 9-12 who is or wants to be a part of Lion Football is invited to be part of a TEAM building experience that will impact your life in a tremendous way. All returning players and the new incoming 9th Graders are encouraged to make time for this important part of the 2009 football experiance. Each participant will have the opportunity to be strengthened in the physical, mental, and spirtual areas of their life. Each day will involve devotionals, leadership training, mental preparation and physical preparation for the upcoming football season. Don’t miss this opportunity. Are you ready for some football? Sign up now and make “Lion Power Football” a part of your summer plans. Our camp is a great opportunity for a young athlete of any experience level in football to learn and improve the fundamental techniques and skills that will help make them the best player they can possibly be. Every participant will learn skills specific to each position and have a chance to learn more advanced techniques at one offensive and one defensive position of their choice. Our Session 2 Camp will focus on the development of essential fundamental skills, but will also introduce and train players on defensive and offensive systems used in games at the Middle School level. Come ready to learn football and have fun! Camp T-shirt is included in the registration.

This camp will be for those who want to sharpen their soccer skills and have a great time of competition! We will go through the latest in dynamic training and skills improvement in regards to passing, shooting and ball control. | LIONS SOCCER CAMP |
Instructor: Bill Wendl, PCA Middle School Principal, Melissa Flahie, PCA Middle School Soccer Coach
Location: PCA Lions Stadium |
All three PCA soccer camps will focus on developing soccer players grades K-12. The skills training integrate a number of aspects involved in soccer. The focus is on speed, agility, and coordination along with the basic techniques of dribbling, passing, shooting, and receiving all the way to the basic defensive and attacking strategies.
The 7-12 camp will also emphasize more advance technique and strategies associated with a higher level of soccer. The camp will be headed by, PCA’s Middle School Principal, Bill Wendl, Coach Melissa Flahie, Middle School Head Girls Soccer Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach.
The coaching staff for the 7-12 may include guest coaches from soccer clubs in the metroplex. The coaching staff for the K-6 camp will include PCA’s athletes from the Girls Varsity Soccer Program. Come enjoy a week of soccer to prepare your athlete for the upcoming soccer season. Please bring a water jug, soccer shorts and t-shirt, shin guards, soccer shoes and ball.

PCA’s Baseball Camp is led by Mike Maack, head coach of the PCA Varsity Baseball team. This camp will include teaching fundamentals of all phases of the game and end with players participating in a controlled game. Please bring a sack lunch each day. A t-shirt will be given to all campers. Come ready to have FUN in the SUN and learn the game of baseball!

Pitching will also be a part of this camp as an intro and basic mechanics will be introduced to the girls. This camp is open to all girls interested in receiving high-level instruction. | SKY RANCH DAY CAMP |

This summer, Sky Ranch Christian Camps is bringing all the fun, discovery, and growth of a week of day camp to Prestonwood. Our staff of trained Christian counselors will interact with your child in a week of purposeful play. Each day will include six separate activities to provide a variety of new experiences for your child. Giant water slides, crazy sports with a camp twist, arts and crafts, team-building games, Bible exploration, and tons of creative fun will leave your child begging for a camp experience all summer long. Camps will meet in PCA Upper School Student Life Center on the first day of camp.

| TEMPLE BUILDERS |
Lead Instructor: PCA Coaches
Location: PCA Upper School Field House Weight Room and Lion‘s Stadium |
Temple Builders will incorporate the Bigger Faster Stronger (BFS) strength and conditioning program. The BFS program will help the body prepare for the physical demands placed on it during competition. The purpose of Temple Builders is to complement each sport and meet the needs of all athletes whether they are in-season or off-season. Temple Builders will increase strength, speed, explosiveness, and overall athletic ability. Temple Builders is led by PCA Strength/Football/Track Coaches.
Athletes will train by age group or skill level. During Temple Builders, Middle School athletes will complete the BFS readiness program (safety, proper technique and light weight) before advancing in their skill level.
Note: Students will break on July 1 and 2 for the July 4 weekend.
