2018-19 Online Re-enrollment
Online re-enrollment is Jan. 18 through Jan. 31!
To re-enroll your child or children into Prestonwood Christian Academy for the 2018-19 school year, carefully follow the steps below. It's that easy!
All students who will be re-enrolling for the fifth grade or higher will also need to review and sign the Contract of Enrollment. You will need the last four digits of the social security number for each person who signs the contract.
Please know that you are entering into a legally binding contract with Prestonwood Christian Academy for the 2018-19 school year through the online process.
To begin the online re-enrollment process, click on one of the links below to be connected to the website for the Parent Opinion Survey for your campus. This survey may take anywhere from 15-25 minutes to complete. Your input is important to us! It is an essential part to our continuous school improvement and accreditation process.

- Login to the re-enrollment site using the FamilyID/Screen Name referenced in the re-enrollment email sent by the Admissions Office. If you have forgotten your password for this site, use the Forgot My Password feature to reset it. This feature will prompt you for the primary email address associated with your account on this site. This email address is also referenced in the re-enrollment email sent by the Admissions Office.
- On the last page of re-enrollment you will prompted to update your PCA Family Profile. During this review, please take a moment to ensure all of the parent and emergency contact information is correct and update your child(ren)’s medical information. To do this, click on “View/Update My Family Profile” on the left hand side of the screen. Please remember that if you make any updates to your information you must hit the “Save and Continue” button at the bottom for your changes to be registered.
- You will need to update medical information for all of your students even if they are graduating or not returning so we have current forms on file for Minimester. Even if nothing has changed you must indidcate that the information is still valid by entering a date of 2018.
- Please re-enroll by January 31, 2018. After this date, if you have not re-enrolled, your child(ren)'s space will be released to new applicants. Any late re-enrollments will be subject to availability and a $100 late fee per student.
For those families wishing to pay their tuition on a monthly basis, click here to visit the online portal for the FACTS Tuition Management Company to complete your application for a special tuition payment plan. If you currently have a payment plan through FACTS you do not need to set up a new account - you only need to do this step if you did not pay through FACTS last year.
For those families wishing to apply for tuition assistance, click here to visit the online portal to submit your FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. Grant and Aid Assessments are due by March 1. In addition, families applying for tuition assistance must submit a Tuition Assistance Church Reference Form to the PCA Business Office as evidence of financial support to their local church.
