Guidance - Early Childhood

How does guidance help my child?

Early Childhood students are provided with a counselor for age-appropriate issues. Lower School Counselor, Patty Gobin, reaches out to students in Pre-K through fourth grade and works with children individually and in small groups. Mrs. Gobin discusses a variety of topics with students as well as offering the following programs.

  • One-on-ones with children and/or their parents on concerning issue
  • Divorce Support Group for children of divorce

Using God's Word to guide every choice. Being able to use common sense and good judgement to everyday problems as well as difficult situations.

Focus on finding solutions to problems, how to ask for help as well as who/where to turn. Ability to realize needs of self and others.

Always being accountable to God. Doing the right thing when others aren't looking. Motivation to achieve.
