Minimester

Minimester 2019

The 2nd Minimester payment of 25% of total trip cost is due on November 5th. To make a payment or donation, click on the link below and enter your student’s first and last name, and click search. If your student’s name doesn’t appear, please email llindley@prestonwoodchristian.org. Once the student’s name is selected, you will re-directed to the student’s Managed Missions account, PCA’s Trip Management System. All payments/donations should be directed through this portal, including trips facilitated through Joshua Expeditions. Payments can be made at any time using this portal.

Please note the 2019 Minimester payment schedule as follows:

  • Upon Registration - $150.00/$75.00 Non-Refundable Deposit (already applied to student’s Managed Missions account)
  • October 1 – Deadline for Changing trips/Canceling trip (fee of $150.00 after this date)
  • October 5 – First Installment Due
  • October 30 – Boosterthon Funds applied to November payment
  • November 5 – Second Installment Due
  • November 30 – Financial Assistance applied to student’s account as long as prior payments made
  • December 5 – Third Installment Due
  • January 5 – Fourth and Final Installment Due

Payment Schedule - It is important to keep current on the payment due dates listed above as PCA is only able to make travel arrangements (participant fees, airfare, lodging, etc.) for those who are current on their payments. As such, if a payment is missed, PCA will not be able to make the required financial commitments on the student’s behalf therefore jeopardizing their ability to remain on the trip. Trip Change Deadline – Trip changes made subsequent to October 1, will incur a $150 fee (plus any non-refundable, trip specific costs including trip deposit).

Boosterthon Funds – If your student has unapplied Boosterthon funds, they will automatically be transferred to your student’s Managed Mission account for full credit (1 credit) mission trips by October 30. Emails were sent on 9/21/18 to those that had unapplied Boosterthon funds. If you have questions on your Boosterthon balance, please email Rebekah Worrell at rworrell@prestonwoodchristian.org.
